YesForJob Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") of LLC (YesForJob) carefully before using ("the Site") operated by LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site, contributing content to the Site, and contributing other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use of the Site and Services

The Site and Services are being offered for individuals seeking employment and for employers or recruiters seeking candidates for employment. The Site offers it’s Services to be used only for lawful purposes within the stated context of the intended and acceptable use of YesForJob, as published here. YesForJob is the sole interpreter of the Site’s intended and acceptable use.

Intellectual Property

All the original content, features, and functionality of the Site are owned by YesForJob and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User Accounts

Visiting the public area’s of the Site do not require you to sign up / register. To access certain features of the Services (such as viewing job matches, ranking standings of candidates, participating in live chat, viewing passive seeker advertising, applying for jobs, shortlising candidtes, using advanced filters, posting jobs, along with other features) you will need to register with YesForJob and create an account, requiring a login, password, and email address. Once registered, you may also import your profile from LinkedIn, and edit it within the YesForJob system. Your account gives you access to the services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time, and in our sole discretion.

YesForJob may maintain different types of accounts for different types of Users. If you open an Employer account on behalf of an Employer, company, organization, or other entity, then (a) "you" includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement, and that you agree to this Agreement on the entity's behalf.

YesForJob does not warrant any person to use another User's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information to the best of your ability. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify YesForJob immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. YesForJob will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

You may control your Profile and how you interact with the Service by changing your preferences and settings. By providing YesForJob your email address you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the Service and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers.

User Content

Some areas of the Sites or Services may allow the creation of User Content, including but not limited to: employment qualifications, job descriptions, feedback, comments, questions, and other information. You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post, upload, publish, display, link, or otherwise make available on the Service, and you agree that YesForJob is only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your User Content. You understand that such User Content is required to be shared within the Site to calculate job match percentages, ranking calculations, and other Service related features, and as such, YesForJob does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to User Content that is directly used to provide Services to other Users.

YesForJob takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other User or third party posts or sends over the Service. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You understand and agree that any loss or damage of any kind that occurs as a result of the use of any User Content that you send, upload, download, stream, post, transmit, display, or otherwise make available or access through your use of the Service, is solely your responsibility. In connection with your User Content, you affirm the following:

You are over the age of 18, or you have permission from your legal parent or guardian to use the Service, and in doing so, are bound by these terms
Your User Content and YesForJob's will not infringe any rights of any third party, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and rights of publicity.
To the best of your knowledge, all your User Content and other information that you provide to us is truthful and accurate.

YesForJob is not responsible for any public display or misuse of your User Content as it may be displayed to other users to fulfill the Service. You understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, objectionable, or inappropriate for children, and you agree that YesForJob shall not be liable for any damages you allege to incur as a result of such User Content.

Changes to this policy

Please note that we may change this Privacy Policy at various times. We expect most such changes will be minor, but we cannot guarantee that will be the case. Regardless, we will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, if we deem it appropriate, email notification of Policy changes).

Services and Features

The Services offered by the Site are for information purposes only and do not guarantee Applicant or Job suitability. The Services are based on a proprietary algorithm that is intended to provide data visualization, and is solely and completely based on the data that has been provided to the Site. As such, the calculations offered in the Services and Features are for illustrative purposes only. Any decisions, conclusions, or assumptions you make on the information provided by the Site are solely your own, and cannot be attributed in any way as being a recommendation or suggestion of the Site or YesForJob.


We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
